On Road scheduling information
A Treasure Coast Driving School Inc.'s on road instructors are actual teachers who are currently employed also by our local public schools.

What does this mean to you? It means that you will be “taught“ by a professional teacher with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Education. Several of our instructors have Masters Degrees in Education and others are currently working towards earning their Masters.
All on road lessons are conducted in our well-maintained, late model, dual controlled, air conditioned training vehicles which are provided part in courtesy from Bill Schultz Chevrolet on US1 in Fort Pierce 335-2500. We currently use a (2) 1999 Chevy Cavaliers, (2) 2000 Chevy Cavaliers, (3) 2002 Chevy Cavaliers, and a 1999 Dodge Neon for all on road training lessons.

All students are guided through a 274 point “on road“ checklist which is in printed form that allows the student and the student's parents to track the progress of each individual student though our progressive step-by-step instructional methods. After completion of our on road training, all students will have confidence and be more than knowledgeable in situations such as, but certainly not limited to..

Neighborhood Driving	U.S. #1	Straight/Angle In Parking
All Right-of-way concepts	Lane Changes	Interstate Driving
Secondary Highways	2 Part Left Turns	Downtown/City Streets
Intersections	U-turns	Parallel Parking

We also complete the on road program with a special “driving test simulation“ lesson in which all concepts and requirements for your Florida Drivers License are reviewed and performed.

On road lessons include free pick up and delivery from home, work, or school. The lessons are usually 1 hour in length and are conducted after school, weeknights, or on the weekends. WE WILL MATCH OUR SCHEDULE TO FIT YOURS!

You will be assigned an on road instructor by our courteous and professional office staff, based upon where you live and that instructor will then quickly contact you by phone to set up your on road training portion of The Full Package Program or just on road lessons depending on your choice of which program you pick.

Our cars are available the day of your test for an additional charge.
