After you complete the 4 hour class in-person or online, and have passed the learners permit test, you will then have to prove who you are at the Drivers License office before you are issued a permit with your picture on it.

STEP: 1 MANDATORY: Take Online Course OR Classroom Course

A.D.A.P.T. (Alcohol Drugs Accident Prevention Training)

This is a State Required (FL STATUE 322.095) class that all people must take to get a Learner's Permit in the state of Florida. You must be at least 14 years old to attend this class, live or take it online. No Certificates are issued anymore. We are linked with DHSMV & we will send certification electronically!

This course is a 4 hour class that is offered live or online. Classroom sessions are conducted on weeknights and weekends. This class allows the student to get their Learner’s Permit and eventually obtain their license. We have the Florida Drivers Handbook, which can be picked up at your class (or you may download a copy below). Upon finishing the class, we electronically send your completion confirmation to the DHSMV offices in all 67 counties in the state of Florida.

STEP: 2 MANDATORY IF UNDER 18

Florida Learners Permit Test (Online Only) (If you are under 18)
If you are over 18 the learners permit test can only be taken at the DMV!

You will select this 50 Question Test if you would like to register for the Official Florida DMV Permit Test Online. Upon successful completion of this test you will be eligible to receive your Florida Restricted or Permit Drivers License at the Florida DMV offices. This test is approved by the Florida Department Highway Safety Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) in Tallahassee, FL.
